How Do I Know It is Possible For you?

From being a corporate executive to a successful high-ticket professional, I started building myself, then helped others in their transformative transition journey. I’ve enabled many working professionals , in various geographies and continue to enable more Professionals to go from being just another employee to being High Ticket Professional , command their worth and be Be Future Ready.

Today, more than 3,000 students on my social media and email list are on board with me in the journey to reviving their careers. I’ve been invited to conduct keynote speeches and provide guidance to professionals and aspirants.

But It didn’t start this way

To become a highly accomplished professional in the corporate world wasn’t a walk in the park. Like you, I also had my ups and downs in my career.There were times where I had to fall back down, and came very close to losing it all….

Coming from a middle-class conservative family, the younger me had no idea about the occupations I have today. I was sold on the plan; keep my head down, study hard and get a good job. I used to believe that struggling was the only way to success. As a result, I lived by default. I had huge amounts of self-doubt and was low on self-esteem.

I started working at 21 , When I reached 27, I became the Chairman of a company, and was given the most critical responsibilities. At 40, I was Assistant VP in an esteemed financial institution AND At 45, A President and at 47 An Executive Director of a Multinational Organization. It all sounds good, right?

But deep inside, I was getting exhausted, constantly worried about work 24/7, and felt trapped . I couldn’t believe after all this so called success… I am at this point feeling stuck, lost, emotionally numb and always shutting my inner voice to search and embrace my calling.

I just knew there was more to life than working endlessly every day, always shutting my inner voice to search and embrace my calling.

Then the pandemic happened………

Everything got worse and my world collapsed when I lost my beloved mother…

Work continued to rise with more challenges with Work from Home , evergrowing responsibilities, pressure, meaninglessness of life …,

And One day ..I could hear very strong voice inside me —ENOUGH and I am glad I heard it

And began the most purposeful Career Revival Journey of my life

I worked harder on myself while still working hard on my current job. To quit or not to quit became a matter of choice, not desperation.

After everything, here’s what I know beyond doubt:

In making hard career choices, It doesn’t matter if you’re alone, clueless, or scared about letting go.

What matters is YOU being who you are. You being there for You. YOU believe in yourself. YOU being committed to take your success to the next level.

Today, I continue to serve as coach and mentor sincere working professionals like you on how to get un-stuck, have a clear career trajectory and to be future-ready, all without making desperate moves or hastily quitting their jobs.

I share advice and proven success principles that professionals and aspirants alike can use for their own careers.
